Our office is located off of Creekside Crossing/FM 306 between highway 35 and Freiheit Road. It is on the same side of the street and same side of highway 35 as Buccee’s. It is across the street from Resolute Health Hospital located next to the new, Creekside Vue apartment complex. If you have trouble finding us, please give us a call and we will be more than happy to provide more directions over the phone.
Our office is small with only 6 exam rooms allowing us to limit the amount of patients we see in a day. This allows us to spend more time with patients when needed. We hope you find this information useful, and we invite you to contact us with your questions at any time.
